How do I know my size?

Cat & I have specific sizing guides to assist you with choosing the right fit. All of the items listed on our site have size charts showing the specific measurements.



What types of payment do you accept?

You can use most major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay or AfterPay (available in Australia only). If your form of payment is not accepted please contact us at customercare@catandi.com.au and we will endeavour to assist you with your purchase.



Do you ship internationally?

Cat & I ship to most countries and depending on which country you are wanting us to ship your order to will depend on the charge which varies between $10 and $30 for all orders. We use Australia Post Standard Shipping for all international orders and your shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be used per transaction. Keep that second one for your next purchase!



How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders placed by 2.00pm AEST Monday to Friday will be shipped that same day (excluding Australian public holidays). Within Australia you can expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

International orders are shipped using Australia Post Standard Shipping and can be expected within 10 - 20 business days after placing your order.



How can I track my parcel?

Once your order has been picked and packed you will be sent an email with the tracking information. If you have any queries regarding the tracking of your order please contact us at customercare@catandi.com.au.



Help, the item I received is damaged or faulty!

Quality is paramount at Cat & I so if you believe that there is a problem with any of the products that you have received, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at customercare@catandi.com.au. Please include a clear description and photos of the damage and we will seek to find a resolution as soon as possible. We will endeavour to respond to your email within 2 business days.



How do I return an item?

If you have changed your mind about the item you received we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that you complete a returns form, then we will process your return within 30 days and refund you (excluding the original shipping cost) or process your exchange. Cat & I will not be held liable for any loss of products being returned and encourage the use of registered post. Please refer to our returns section for full details.



What is the best way to care for my garment?

All of our products can be worn in pools, spas and the ocean but they are not designed to be worn for long periods in heavily chlorinated water. To ensure the longevity of your garment please ensure that you follow the care instructions on the inside of your garment and hand rinse in cold water after use. Do not dry in direct sunlight but find a dry place in the shade for your garment to air dry.
