Shipping & Returns


We don't believe in charging for shipping within Australia and that's why we are happy to ship all orders in Australia using Express Post free of charge regardless of value.

You'll be glad to know that all orders placed by 2.00pm (Melbourne time) are shipped that day so that you can get it as soon as possible. This excludes weekends and public holidays when the order will be shipped the next working day.

Within Australia you can expect delivery from next business day to 3 business days depending on your location as we ship all orders using Express Post.

Once we dispatch your order we'll send you an email with all of the tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door. 


For orders to New Zealand, shipping is a flat rate of $10.

For orders to the rest of the world, shipping is a flat rate of AUD $30.

Please provide your mobile number during checkout to receive timely shipping notifications and updates via text message.

Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.


At Cat & I our goal is to provide you with fashionable UPF 50+ fashion that fits well, is comfortable and that you enjoy. 

If for some reason you are not completely happy with the product that you have purchased, you can simply send it back to us with a completed returns form (please print and send with return). This must be done within 30 days of the invoice date and we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange for another item or size. One condition to note is that garments must be in their original condition, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

As part of our policy for Australian and New Zealand customers we are happy to offer free returns, no questions asked. Please contact our customer service team at and we will arrange collection or provide pre-paid postage for the return of your item.

Please note that refunds will be processed to the card or payment method used for the original purchase.

The benefits given by our Returns & Exchange Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
